ENGLISH PREMIER LEAGUE CLUBS TRACK YOUNG KOREAN INTERNATIONAL

According to reports, English Premier League sides, Everton FC and Watford are interested in young Korean International, Lee Jae-Sung. Lee is currently a Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors midfielder and has been attracting lots of interests due to his fine blend of skills.

The young talent is seen as the future of the Korean team. He is regarded as one of the best young players in the country and he has gone on to establish himself as a key member the South Korea national team. Since being noticed, scouts have continually watched his games closely, hoping to lure the player to the EPL soon enough.

Aside English clubs, Bundesliga and Ligue 1 sides are also interested in Lee’s talent but the English teams seem to leading the pack. Both Everton and Watford are struggling with their attacking options and hope to make one or two additions to their squads.

Lee has been impressive for his national country. The Korean team defeated their Lebanon counterparts recently in the World Cup Qualifiers. The team had already qualified for the next round of the Asia World Cup Qualifying campaign but the team wanted to maintain the strong showing.

The Taegeuk Warriors as commonly called have won their last six national team encounters in a race of superb form, netting an impressive 24 goals and not conceding any. The team coach, Uli Stielike, also has other Korean talents that have helped him achieve this much. These talents have grown and moved abroad. They include Lee Chung-yong currently playing his trade with Crystal Palace, Kim Jin-su with TSG 1899 Hoffenheim and Park Joo-ho of German outfit, Borussia Dortmund. Lee Jae-Sung is also expected to move abroad after attracting all these interests.
